The key has been to keep it simple and easy and I’m sharing a few tips here which I hope might help you too! I still don’t particularly enjoy it, but I totally appreciate the benefits so much that I’ve forced myself to make weekly meal planning part of my regular weekly routine. I could never seem to decide what I felt like eating more than one day ahead.Use prepacked foods like rice and even mashed potatoes to get dinner on the table quicker. Always cook more than you need so you have plenty of leftovers for lunch or even another meal.Have a list handy of your favorite meals that take no more than 20 minutes to prepare.Ground beef tacos and ground beef stroganoff. Use browned ground beef and onions for 2 meals and save lots of time.
